Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Check-in is after 4pm. Check-out is by 10am.
  • Must electronically sign an additional Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions and any Neighborhood Rules sent by Host (property manager) or entry information cannot be sent.

Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking inside the home. No trace of smoking left outside the home.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals. All trash must be bagged and placed in the trash receptacle indicated in the Welcome Book inside the house or your digital guidebook.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed at any time. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Must be at least 25 years old to reserve. This person is required to be the person signing the agreement and must be one of the persons staying in the property for the reserved dates.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Pet policy in important information ("Mature, well trained dogs under 40lb only. Pet fee is $25/night each, 2 Dogs max.") appears, but property data lists maxPets as 99. Please confirm pet restrictions.
  • Guests are not allowed to bring their own ATVs. For information about ATV rentals please visit: offroadadventuresnc website
  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment etc.)
  • No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

Fees and Payments

  • There is an additional $35 per night amenity fee (max $175) in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Pet fee is $25/night each, 2 Dogs max. (See above regarding pet policy and data discrepancy.)
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests, however there is an admission fee for each person and cash bar for food and drinks.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4p-10p. Sat & Sun 1p-7p. Please note all visitors on premise at winery must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • Firewood may be purchased at the time of booking, or by calling us with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a firestarter for $25 plus tax.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY - Bookings canceled 60+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 31-59 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 30 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.

Parking Information

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter (Nov-March) for all homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows.
  • Free parking is available onsite.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • Hair dryer provided.
  • Dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, washer, clothes dryer, TV, BBQ grill, and high-speed internet provided. Some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • Kitchen basics and cleaning basics provided.
  • Guests do not have access to the Fitness Center, Wine & Cigar Bar, or locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge; these are for member use only.
  • While enjoying your stay at Three Little Bears, you have access to most amenities inside of Eagles Nest. Amenities available to you include:
    • Great Camp: BBQ Pavilion, Amphitheater (location of summer concerts from May to the end of November), The Great Lawn, Playground, Hiking Trails, Ropes Course and Climbing Tower (seasonal), Mini-Golf Course, 24/7 Dollar General concept store

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.
